Often a unique situation arises that requires the training/education of employees be specific to your organization and your specific standards of performance.  That training can be in the form of a classroom presentation or instruction on the floor where the people work.  It can be hands on or lecture.  It will require your people to move, take action and respond.

This type of training can be custom designed and conducted or a more generic training can be delivered to your people.  

• OSHA Ten (10) and Thirty (30) Hour Training

OSHA 10 and 30 hour training are often required as part of a bid process in both General Industry and Construction. We can provide onsite training to have your employees obtain their certification cards.

This education is designed to assist senior management in developing and maintaining a true safety culture.  It presents the facts and justification for a true safety culture. It considers accident statistics, cost drivers and social responsibility.  

• Quick Training & Education

Toolbox talks, Safety on The Mind, 5 Minute Safety are all means of getting information to employees quickly without taking them out of production.  These can be delivered by Supervisors, Team Leaders and/or Manager in less than 5 minutes.  

• Specific Topic Driven Education

These are presentations for larger groups on topics related to Safety and/or the barriers to Safety.  These are speaking presentations that are offered for a fee and can be part of your Corporate Safety Conference, your professional organization’s Professional Development events and more.  It makes the topic of safety come alive.
